THE carbX works by blocking the enzymes that normally free glucose from your food. Therefore it should be taken right before you eat, typically 1 to 10 minutes. Take one capsule just before your first meal (1 to 10 minutes) and a second one before your last meal. Want optimal results? Open the capsule and spray it over your meal.
